Dear MSF people
Dear MSF people, Your work is the most precious thing you can give to this world to make it a better place. I am endlessly thankful for every effort you are undertaking - just for the sake of your love for humanity. I have no words for all of this - but you warm my heart.

Humanity
From afar all we see, the failing efforts to find a solution, the horror of the attacks october 7th, the incredibly violent response, the extremism everywhere, all this makes us helpless and shocked. By your action you do not only care for the wounded and traumatized, you hold humanity high. You help us believe in it and aim at defending values like respect and empathy.

Dear unknown, relentless helper
let me thank you for your persistent efforts to ease pain inflicted by single-minded forces to people who cannot escape from this situation. We, sitting abroad and watching the relentless pictures with growing horror, cannot imagine the challenges and efforts you are facing. But be assured that our thoughts and also material contributions are with you, and that your work brings to the suffering also something which is ultimately decisive: a bit of hope, that a better future will come, even though it may be distant still. Therefore: a heart-felt thank you for everything you are doing.

Distant but never forgotten
My deepest admiration and thanks to the teams in the field for your efforts to help the sick, injured and homeless civil population in Gaza. Keep up the great work, you are never, ever forgotten. To the people of Gaza and the West Bank - find courage and hope that you are not forgotten, help is there, this situation must be peacefully resolved and will end. Help us to help you.
