die Nachrichten, die Europa aus Gaza erreichen, machen mich sprachlos und zutiefst traurig. Sie lassen mich fast die Hoffnung auf eine menschliche und menschenwürdige Welt verlieren. Ihr Einsatz unter Lebensgefahr, Ihre Arbeit für eben diese Menschenwürde trotzt allen gewaltsamen Angriffen und Zerstörungen. Ich ziehe mit endlosem Respekt den Hut vor Ihnen, vor Ihrem Mut und Ihrem Einsatz. Sie sind die wahren Heldinnen und Helden und ich danke Ihnen von tiefstem Herzen dafür. I can only say, that everyone getting up and braving another day in Gaza is a hero to me. YOU are the tru heros of this horrible war! While far away, healthy and safe I cannot imagine how anyone can bear so much, how to keep living and helping one another in such uncertainty and pain.
