Be sure that I like many citizens, men and women of Switzerland and all over the world, highly appreciate your very helpful and often risky activities for the palestinian and israeli civil population in Gaza and the West Bank, who are not to be blamed of helping the terrorists! May the more reasonable thinking part of the people of Israel soon prevail and stop the disastrous and genocidal killing and injuring of innocent people, including thousands of children! I am glad to have the opportunity to express my solidarity with you and the civilians not only by donating but also by sending you this message. We think of you every day! Thank you! Tagtäglich vernehme ich die Horrorbotschaften aus dem Gazastreifen und Westjordanland. Ich bin 75 Jahre alt und habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie eine derartige Kriegslage erlebt. Für mich ist es unvorstellbar, was da geschieht, was Menschen einander antun können. Dass das Team von Médecins sans Frontières seit über einem Monat in diesem grauenhaften Krieg versucht, den notleidenden Menschen zu helfen und dabei das eigene Leben aufs Spiel setzt, ist wenigstens ein Lichtblick in dieser traurigen Geschichte. Ich wünsche Ihnen allen ganz viel Kraft für Ihre so schwierige Aufgabe und hoffe jeden Tag von neuem, dass die Menschheit vernünftig wird und diesem grauenhaften Kriegstreiben ein Ende setzt. Ich denke jeden Abend vor dem Einschlafen ganz fest an Sie.

I hope some day soon this horrible violence stops. Nobody deserves this. Please don‘t loose the hope that there will be better peaceful days coming. They will. Sometimes I stop listening to the news when there‘s to much bloodshed in other parts of the world. But I keep on reading and listening about you palestine people. You‘re not alone and so many people around me are so sad and upset about what‘s happening to you. We see you suffering and cry with you. Every single helping person and helping act is so incredibly important these days. You make the difference no matter how much violence is happening around you. Thank you for caring and giving and being the best example possible for everybody.
